Our High Standards of Sterilization

At Colorado Precision Dentistry, we believe it is important that you feel safe when you visit our office. That is why we meticulously ascribe to high standards of disinfecting and sterilizing protocols, even exceeding the standards of the Centers for Disease Control. Safety and office sterilization is a top priority in our practice. Preserving the heath of our staff and our patients is crucial to the integrity of our office. We want you to focus on your dental health and leave other worries at the door, this is especially true during times of increased health concerns.

We think it is timely to explain our dental sterilization techniques in detail. First, our dental implements are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized before each use by state-of-the art steam and high heat purification equipment to make sure that all pathogens are destroyed. All tools and instruments are subjected to high heat to kill bacteria or viruses completely and make sure nothing is transferable. We want you to understand how meticulously we ascribe to high standards of disinfecting and sterilizing protocols, so we have created a video to walk you through the process. Please enjoy listening to Dr. Bailey and Susi explain how we consistently create a safe, sterile, and pristine environment so that we care for and protect who we value most… you!

Care and Compassion

We work to ensure our patients are always comfortable – always. If you are ever in pain or experiencing discomfort, that is the first thing we will address. This occasionally may necessitate a referral to a specialist, but we will often make that call for you to assure you get help ASAP. Rest assured, we are determined to meet your needs and are devoted to your comfort.

Making an Appointment

It is easy to make an appointment for your initial examination and dental treatments with Colorado Precision Dentistry. Simply call 303-481-0565 and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you. If you want a second opinion, or want to get to know us before you make an appointment, just call and we can arrange a time for you to come in and take a long around. If you schedule an appointment and something comes up, please call and cancel at least 24 hours in advance so that we can reschedule your appointment and accommodate other patient requests. We look forward to talking with you and meeting you soon!

What to Expect

When you walk into our spacious office you will be greeted by one or more of our enthusiastic and caring team members. After brief introductions, they will provide you with an iPad so you can quickly and efficiently complete new patient information, including a health questionnaire. We will ask you for your insurance information, if applicable. Most importantly, our team will spend time answering any questions you may have about your appointment, our office, and your dental health. We never want you to feel rushed so please arrive on time, or even early if you can. We in turn will do our best to honor your appointment time and make sure you leave when expected.

Initial Examination

Your initial dental exam will take an hour and a half for adults, and an hour for children. The experienced team at Colorado Precision Dentistry will ask you questions, get to know your oral hygiene routine, and listen to your health concerns. We believe in educating patients and empowering them to make good choices toward sustaining or improving their oral health. We will demonstrate how to properly care for your teeth and make additional suggestions as needed. Our dental hygienist will thoroughly and painlessly clean your teeth, then one of our doctors will complete your examination and take time to explain any further recommendations and answer your questions.
